1. Information We Collect
   a. Information You Provide: We collect personal information such as your name, email, social handles,
   profile uploads, store data, and content you share on the platform. b. Information Collected
   Automatically: Includes IP address, device type, browser, login metadata, and referral/click data. c.
   Third-Party Integrations: We may collect data from Gmail API (OAuth), WooCommerce, or
   connected social logins.
2. Comments
   When visitors leave comments, we collect the data in the form, plus the IP address and browser user
   agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized hash from your email may be shared with
   the Gravatar service. Their privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your
   profile picture appears with your comment.
3. Media
   If you upload images to the website, avoid images with embedded EXIF GPS data. Visitors may
   download and extract location data from uploaded images.
4. Cookies
   If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for
   convenience. These last one year. Temporary login cookies are used when visiting the login page.
   Login cookies last 2 days; “Remember Me” extends login to 2 weeks. Post-edit cookies expire in 1 day.
5. Embedded Content from Other Websites
   Articles or profiles may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.) which behaves like the user
   visited the third-party site. That site may track or collect data accordingly.

   To operate and improve Fanverly features, manage profiles, offer bookings, rewards, affiliate tracking,
   monetization tools, and provide platform support. We may analyze interaction data and perform fraud
   monitoring.
7. Who We Share Your Data With
   Third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), analytics platforms, and partner services. If you
   request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the email.
8. How Long We Retain Your Data
   Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely. Registered users’ profiles and activity are stored
   securely until deletion. Users may view, edit, or delete their data (except username). Admins can edit
   all profiles.
9. What Rights You Have Over Your Data
   You may request an export of your personal data, or request erasure. This excludes data we’re
   required to retain for administrative or legal purposes.
10. Where Your Data Is Sent
    Comments may be processed through automated spam detection. Data may be stored or processed in
    the United States or in regions where our services operate.
11. Children’s Privacy
    Fanverly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts
    found in violation will be removed.
12. International Users
    By using Fanverly, you agree to the transfer and processing of your data outside your region. We
    comply with applicable privacy regulations globally.
13. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be reflected by the date at the top. Continued use
    of the platform signifies your acceptance.
