Fanverly Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 29, 2026

Introduction
This Fanverly Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Fanverly.com
(“Fanverly”, “we”, or “us”) and governs your use of the Fanverly platform including tools, services, plugins, video programs, and web or mobile applications for creators, fans, vendors, agencies, and brand partners.

Acceptance
By using any part of Fanverly.com, including creating an account, purchasing a subscription, uploading content, booking services, redeeming rewards, or viewing media, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Fanverly. We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your account. Fanverly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of the terms.

Accounts
Users must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Users under age 16 may not register without parent/guardian consent. You may not share your login credentials or access another person’s account. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Privacy
Your use of Fanverly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to data collection and use as outlined therein, including sharing data with creators, vendors, or agencies with whom you interact.

Platform Usage and Purchases
Fanverly enables access to tools including: – Rewards and gamified point systems – Digital content and media streaming – Task assignment, bookings, affiliate links – Creator subscriptions and promotional tools Some features require payment or registration. All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscription plans auto renew unless canceled in your settings.

Content Ownership and License
Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant Fanverly a royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute content on the platform. You may not upload copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful material. See Acceptable Use for restrictions. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use Fanverly to: – Post or share harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content – Harass or impersonate others – Promote hate speech or violence – Exploit minors or post adult material

• Violate U.S. laws or international sanctions We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

Disclaimers
Fanverly is provided “as-is” with no warranties. We do not guarantee availability, error-free operation, or uptime. Use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanverly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any claims exceeding the greater of $100 or the amount you’ve paid to us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fanverly and its partners harmless from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the platform, your content, or violations of these terms.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS rules. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Some exceptions may apply in small claims court.

General Terms
This Agreement is governed by California law. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No waiver is implied. Fanverly’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable supplemental terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fanverly. Contact: info@fanverly.com
